FAQ

  • Is the spray safe for children and pets?

The short answer is Yes! Over our 40 years of business, we have never had an issue with child or pet getting sick from our spray. With that being said we ask that you please keep kids and pets off of the yard until it has completely dried. If you have any further questions about this, feel free to call us and we will be happy to chat with you.

  • How long do I need to keep my pets off the grass?

As a general rule of thumb, 1 hour is the minimum. It all depends on the weather, but as long as the grass is wet you should keep your pets off.

  • Where is my invoice? I can't find it

According to USPS law we cannot place your invoice inside of your mailbox, but it is likely to be tucked right behind it. Some other places to look would be, inside of your storm door, tucked in the trim right by your main door, somewhere around the main door that you use. If you have any questions regarding your lost bill, please call and we can assist you.

  • Why arn't the weeds dying in my yard?

Weeds die in accordance to how fast they are growing. If the weather is cold they might take 2-4 weeks. In the summer months when the weeds are actively growing it could take 7-14 days. Our general rule of thumb is, give it two weeks and if you don’t see any sign of wilting, give us a call.

  • How do I know if I have grubs?

If you suspect you have grub damage in your yard, you should be able to pull up the affected areas by hand and they will peel up like carpet. You will see the grubs under the surface.

  • Can I pay over the phone or with a credit card

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept payment over the phone or online. This is an avenue that we are currently researching and we hope to have that option in the near future. As of right now we only accept cash or checks.
